Self-Service Tools for MassHealth Providers

Effective October 10, 2024, MassHealth launched two new self-service tools for MassHealth providers: a Provider Enrollment Status tool & a Provider Application Status tool. These web-based tools will assist providers and their credentialing staff with Provider Enrollment & Credentialing (PEC) inquiries.
The Provider Enrollment Status tool will allow providers to verify the current enrollment status for Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Ordering, Referring, and Prescribing (ORP) providers.
The Provider Application Status tool will allow providers to check the status of FFS and ORP applications.
You can access the tool on Mass.gov at https://masshealth.ehs.state.ma.us/ProviderSelfService.
Please note: these tools will not display information on Dental, Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS), or Managed Care Entity (MCE) providers.
