Zero Cost Medications for ConnectorCare Members

Starting with plan year 2023 and for plan year 2024, all ConnectorCare plans include certain medications associated with chronic conditions without any cost sharing for:
- Diabetes
- Asthma
- Coronary artery disease
- Hypertension
ConnectorCare members can learn more and check to see if the medication they take is included. Members can select their Carrier or select their health condition to see which medications are covered. They can also search by the name of the medication.
