MassHealth Updates will include information on the latest operational and program updates.

MA Health Care Learning Series – Presented by Health Connector and MassHealth
MassHealth will share information about how MassHealth’s Provisional Eligibility requirements will be changing for individuals age 21 and older with unverified household income and more. The Health Connector will review how these changes will impact Health Connector members. The Health Connector will also share a preview of activities for Open Enrollment 2019.

Health Safety Net Updates – Presented by Health Safety Net
Health Safety Net will provide updates on previous billing updates and reminders, the FY16 closing, ConnectorCare eligibility, the interim remittance and recovery process, CHC code updates, and updates to the HSN regulations.

Option Counseling Program – Presented by MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs and ADRC member agency staff
The Options Counseling program provides information and decision support to people of all ages through the Aging and Disability Resource Consortia (ADRC) network, to help individuals understand LTSS and connect with resources. This presentation provides an overview of the service and a case example to illustrate how the service works.

MassHealth Provider Services Updates – Presented by MassHealth
MassHealth Provider Services will provide the latest news and updates released from the MassHealth program relevant to the provider community. Topics will include Ordering, Referring and Prescribing highlights, Provider File Integrity and List serve sign up.
