The Health Connector’s Open Enrollment period is ending soon. Next Thursday, January 23rd is the deadline for individuals and families to apply, shop and enroll into a plan that starts on February 1, 2025!

Next week, the Health Connector Customer Service Call Center will be open extended hours of support:
- Tuesday, January 21, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 22, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, January 23, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Note: Extended hours are for the call center only. The walk-in centers will only be open for normal business hours, as listed for each location. Visit Contact-Massachusetts Health Connector for more information.
When Open Enrollment ends, people can still apply for health benefits; however, they can only enroll in Health Connector Qualified Health Plan (QHP) coverage if they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). If they qualify under the rules of a SEP, they have up to 60 days for the Qualifying Life Event (QLE) to enroll in a QHP. When helping someone make changes or enroll into coverage, please review their application to ensure it is up to date and to see if they already have a SEP.
Special Enrollment Period (SEP) rules will be in effect for Health Connector plans starting Friday, January 24th.
